European Sales Manager

Salary: Excellent basic, commission, car allowance and benefits

Our client has a proven history within the Toys and Games industry and due to a newly launched division they are looking for a European Sales Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has contacts and a strong understanding of the European retail markets.

The responsibilities for the European Sales Manager will include:

• A successful proven track-record of European sales
• Able to identify and develop new business within European retail markets
• Manage commercial projects
• Budget management
• Implement sales and marketing plans
• Manage and grow working relationships with buyers within the European retailers

To be considered for this European Sales Manager role:

• It will be Essential that you live on the continent (ie France, Germany, Italy, Belguim)
• Proven European Sales gained within the Toys, Games or something similar
• Have sold direct into the European retail
• Have relationships with necessary contacts within the retailers
• Strong communication skills
• Outstanding presentation and negotiation skills
• Passion and enthusiasm to driving new business
• Able to work and meet targets and objectives
