Brand Manager

Salary: 35K – 38K + excellent benefits

Our client was founded over 9 years ago with the aim to make delicious but healthy products and currently sell in over 25,000 outlets across UK with a strong presence in all major channels and is also growing internationally. In order to reach new consumers and communicate the key brand messages our client is actively looking to recruit Marketing Professional who will be responsible for the development and delivery of our clients products.

This is an excellent opportunity for a person with creativity, enthusiasm and a true passion for brand building.

As the Brand Manager you will be responsible for:

• Strategy and Planning
• Delivering the plans on time
• Effectively managing both agency and in-house projects
• Briefing sales team
• Working with the Marketing Director to deliver the long term NPD and developing the current packaging
• Management of the PR agencies

To be considered for this Brand Manager role you must have:

• Proven Brand Management experience within FMCG ideally Food or Drink
• A creative person who is able to offer innovative and new idea
• Experience of NPD from concept through to delivery
• Strong project management experience
• Knowledge and experience of the full marketing mix
• Excellent communication skills
• An organised person who is able to meet necessary deadlines
• A team player
