Senior Brand Manager

Salary: up to 45K + excellent benefits

Our client is currently looking to recruit a Senior Brand Manager who has gained strong experience within the FMCG sector.

As the Senior Brand Manager you will be contributing towards the strategic plan for our clients brands and will be responsible for the implementation which will involve:

• Defining the market position for the Brand
• Ddeveloping the Brand image and the Brand values
• Contributing to the new product development plan

You will also be responsible for managing the full programme of consumer needs research and analysis, customer acquisition and retention and will also be working closely with internal departments and external agencies. Your experience must include Brand Management and Direct Marketing.

To be considered for this role it would be ideal if you were a graduate but it will be essential that you are able to demonstrate strong all round marketing knowledge, experience and skills, have experience of managing and developing a team and be a self motivated person who can work equally well alone or within a team. Outstanding project management skills will be required as will the ability to work under pressure, meeting given deadlines and attention to detail.
