An outstanding consultant with UK retail experience is being actively looked for by our client.

Our client provides customer data analysis, research and consulting services to some of the worlds largest retail and service brands assisting their clients to become more customer-centric through various methods of support.

The Senior Retail Consultant will be responsible for:
 
Managing the overall client consulting process through attending meetings in order to understand and shape clients needs, working with internal teams (research, technical and analytical) and producing resource estimates.  Fully briefing internal teams in order to support project deliver, managing project status internally and externally, conducting analysis of key data using Excel and creating and presenting consulting presentations using Powerpoint.  You will also be responsible for supporting your clients in delivering new insights from customer data, to guide category, store and marketing strategies.

This is a client facing role where you will be expected to building and maintain strong working relationships with your clients and identify and develop additional services to existing clients.  You will have a high degree of autonomy where you will be responsible for managing project delivery with clients, with minimal guidance and also support the learning and development plans for the junior team members.

To be considered for this Senior Retail Consultant role you will be degree educated, have a strong proven track record within consultancy in the UK retail market, have a solid understanding of how businesses are run and be used to interrogating customer information in order to develop insight and drive action. You must have excellent project management skills, proven understanding of the full suite of marketing services and it would be an advantage if you can also demonstrate experience of managing analytical, data-driven marketing projects.  Clear and confident communication and presentation skills will be essential as will the ability to identify problems and develop solutions.  This role requires the successful candidate to be highly motivated, be able to multi task and thrive in a fast paced environment.
