Senior Analysis

Location:  South East
Salary:  55K – 70K + bonus and excellent benefit

This is a Board level role managing a growing team where outstanding hands on knowledge of applying statistical and segmentation techniques to business situations and proven team management experience will be essential.

Key responsibilities within this role will include:

• Management of a team of analysts
• Providing subject matter expertise across a range of clients and projects predominantly retail: Data Auditing, Data Mining, Segmentation, Profiling, Campaign analysis and modeling and Dashboard reporting.
• Managing the coordination of technical training, technology, software and toolkits and 3rd party relationships.
• Client facing support in order to provide subject matter expertise regarding ongoing project work or new business
• Support all new business proposals that require analytical input
• Identifying and managing future recruitment
• Management of analytical project – ensuring all projects have the correct level of resource
• Providing hands on SAS support when required.

In order to be considered for this role you will be educated to degree level and it is essential that you are able to demonstrate excellent analytical and statistical experience within retail, ideally from agency/consulting roles but would also consider client side. Strong working knowledge of SAS, proven competency in statistical and segmentation techniques and a proven track record in the management and retention of an analytical team. You will be a clear and confident communicator at all levels, be responsive to clients need and a self motivated and driven person who takes pride in the quality of their work.
